The location is AMAZING. it is directly inside the theater passage! i could easily access both the central station and many restaurants. the breakfast was a highlight, with two types of salmon and fresh espresso. I really enjoyed the friendly staff.
I found the noise at night to be problematic. Dance clubs nearby were quite loud! it was difficult to sleep before 2 AM on friday and saturday nights. the shower pressure was also WEAK. i also thought the dinner variety was not what I expected.

i found the breakfast plentiful with a great variety. i also appreciated the dining setting, it was very nice.
the air conditioning in my room was broken so it became unbearably hot. staff shrugged when i told them.

the location was very convenient and right next to the tram and bus stop.
the dinner buffet decor felt quite old fashioned and a bit shabby. there was also a distinct lack of wardrobe space in the superior room i booked. i even requested room cleaning during my four-day stay, but no one ever came.

Excellent stay near the city center

The supper provided was wholesome and had many options. It included fresh bread, vegetables, salads, soup, and hummus. The lounge area, where supper is served, had beautiful decorations. The blackout curtains in my room worked effectively and I experienced good sound-proofing.
I noticed slight wear and tear in the shower rooms, suggesting only a superficial face-lift had been done recently.

This hotel is positioned conveniently, with easy access to transportation and essential amenities. It is near Domkirka and several shopping centers, easily reached by the airport train, and several tram and bus lines also run directly past the hotel.

The staff members were consistently friendly and very helpful . Breakfast options are superb, and gluten-free products are clearly marked. The rooms were also very clean. I appreciated the care taken in maintaining the premises.
